The RESD project (2020–2025), funded by SECO and implemented by GFA, enhances renewable energy skills in Indonesia. It strengthens formal education, provides modular training, and promotes sector exchange, partnering with MoEMR, MoM, and MoECRT. The evaluation examined strengthening formal education, modular training, RE sector exchange, job placement support, and policy development for Indonesia’s renewable energy workforce.
