Die DEZA hat eine unabhängige Evaluaton ihres Engagement im Bereich der Berufsbildung (VSD) von 2017 bis 2023 in Auftrag gegeben.
Bei der Evaluierung wurde das VSD-Portfolio der DEZA an bilateralen Projekten anhand der Kriterien des Geberausschusses (DAC) der Organisation für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (OECD) zu Relevanz, Kohärenz, Effektivität, Effizienz, Wirkung und Nachhaltigkeit bewertet.
Darüber hinaus wurden bei der Evaluatioan Lehren und bewährte Verfahren identifiziert. Das Evaluationsteam hatte Zugang zu allen DEZA-Dokumenten. Es überprüfte Projektunterlagen und -bewertungen und führte Gespräche mit zahlreichen DEZA-Mitarbeitenden und wichtigen Interessengruppen durch..
In der Management Response wird die Position der DEZA-Direktion zu den Empfehlungen der unabhängigen Evaluation dargelegt.

The SDC commissioned an independent evaluation of SDC’s Performance in Vocational Skills Development (VSD) from 2017-2023.
The evaluation assessed SDC’s VSD portfolio of bilateral projects against the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Donor Assistance Committee (DAC) criteria of relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability. Furthermore, the evaluation identified lessons and good practices. The evaluation team had access to the full range of SDC documentation. It reviewed project documents and evaluations and it interviewed a large number of SDC as well as key stakeholders.
The Management Response states the position of the SDC Board of Directors on the recommendations of the Independent Evaluation.

La DDC a commandé une évaluation indépendante de saperformance dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle (VSD) pour la période 2017-2023.
L'évaluation a porté sur le portefeuille de projets bilatéraux de la DDC en matière de VSD au regard des critères du Comité d'aide aux donateurs (CAD) de l'Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE), à savoir la pertinence, la cohérence, l'efficacité, l'efficience, l'impact et la durabilité.
En outre, l'évaluation a permis d'identifier les leçons et les bonnes pratiques. L'équipe d'évaluation a eu accès à l'ensemble de la documentation de la DDC. Elle a examiné des documents et des évaluations de projets et s'est entretenue avec un grand nombre des employées de la DDC ainsi qu'avec les principales parties prenantes.
La prise de position de la direction expose la position de la direction de la DDC sur les recommandations de l'évaluation indépendante.

Valutazione indipendente dell’impegno della DSC nel campo della formazione professionale dal 2017 al 2023
La DSC ha commissionato una valutazione indipendente dell'impegno della DSC nel campot della formazione professionale (VSD) per il periodo 2017-2023.
La valutazione ha valutato il portafoglio di progetti bilaterali VSD della DSC rispetto ai criteri del Comitato di aituo allo sviluppo (CAS) dell'Organizzazione per la cooperazione e lo sviluppo economico (OCSE) di pertinenza, coerenza, efficacia, efficienza, impatto e sostenibilità.
Inoltre, la valutazione ha identificato lezioni e buone pratiche. Il team di valutazione ha avuto accesso all'intera documentazione della DSC, ha esaminato i documenti e le valutazioni dei progetti e ha intervistato un gran numero di collaboratori della DSC e di stakeholder chiave.
La risposta della Direzione indica la sua posizione in merito alle raccomandazioni della valutazione indipendente.
