Abstract (English)

This project was a part of a catalysis approach to selective olefin transformations. It provided understanding and conclusions for the tuning and optimization of such transition metal mediated processes by DFT calculations. Within the COST network theoretical support was given to several participating group of how olefin insertions can be tuned by the adjustement of stereoelectronic factors especially with regard to Ziegler-type olefin oligmerizations.
