Abstract
(English)
In the present project, a total of 357 damage-free and by wood destroying insects infected wood samples were examined using non-destructive (GrindoSonic, visual classification, damping of ultrasonic waves), low destructive (Resistograph, analysis of sanded surface) and destructive methods (bending-test). It was found, that the visual classification allowed the determination of very good and very bad beams, but it wasn't applicable on the beams between these extremes. The analysis of sanded surface allowed good conclusions about the cross section's degree of destruction. The drill-resistance showed a good correlation to the bending-strength and the real degree of damage of the cross-section. The free vibration (GrindoSonic) in axial direction gave a good correlation to the bending-strength and wasn't influenced by the load while the bending-test. The bending-test itself showed that 75 % of the beams corresponded to the strength-class I and II in accordance to SIA 194.
