Résumé des résultats (Abstract) (Anglais)

The research carried out in the period covered by this COST D-5 Grant can be divided in two distinct phases: a first one was mostly concerned with cubic phases formed by the natural surfactant lecithin and other phospholipids. The second phase was concerned with silica-hardened gels for the entrapment of the enzyme lipase.
