Abstract (English)	GPCRs are the most common drug target in medicine, yet how long a drug must activate its receptor to trigger a specific cellular response remains unknown. This project uses bistable opto-GPCRs and mathematical modelling to determine pathway activation duration thresholds for rational drug discovery.
