Abstract (Englisch)

Assessement of a high-speed receiver IC for braid's advanced interposer, co-designed with the photodiode and electrical interface. FHNW will quantify bandwidth, gain, noise and parasitic limits and define a 1RX architecture, de-risking a subsequent ASIC tapeout and multi-channel optical receiver.
