Abstract (English)	The project aims to found a biotech featured with a therapeutic platform to develop a pan-amyloid clearing (PAC) therapy for Alzheimer's disease. The main focus is to develop a lead bio-conjugate candidate with enhanced stability, brain penetration profile and in vivo efficacy and safety.
