Abstract (English)	Payment and sorting of beef carcasses at the abattoir should soon reward meat quality as well as quantity. Adapting an existing imaging technology predicting beef quality, the Swiss Black Angus brand wants to establish a competitive advantage providing customers with the desired meat quality.
