Abstract (English)	Mechanical thrombectomy treats acute ischemic stroke due to large vessel occlusion, a leading cause of disability and death in Western countries. Current devices often fail to achieve complete clot removal at first attempt. Our goal is to raise recanalization rate at first attempt above 90 percent.
