Abstract (English)	TPS delivers navigated mechanical impulses to the ischemic brain without cavitation risk. In vitro experiments show TPS+tPA reduces recanalization time by 45% versus tPA alone. This project characterizes, for the first time, TPS mechanisms in a living stroke model to enable clinical translation.
