Ce projet développe une plateforme de production in vitro de plants sains et certifiés de gingembre et curcuma en Suisse, permettant de réduire les risques phytosanitaires liés à Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum et de sécuriser une filière locale à forte valeur ajoutée pour les producteurs suisses.
