Abstract (English)	Antibody Drug conjugates (ADCs) are limited by toxic, poorly diversified payloads and emerging resistance. We are developing a novel, cancer-selective class of ADC payloads targeting DNA replication stress, offering an expanded therapeutic window and an option when resistance to current ADCs occurs.
