Short description (English)	This Mid-term and Impact Evaluation (MTE) assesses the performance, outcomes, and strategic relevance of the Swiss Platform for Sustainable Cocoa (SWISSCO), particularly in the context of support provided by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). The evaluation was conducted jointly by Como Consult and the Centre for Development and Environment (CDE) of the University of Bern between November 2024 and June 2025. It reviews the SWISSCO Roadmap 2030, which was approved in 2021. The analysis is structured along SWISSCO’s Theory of Change, responds to 25 evaluation questions defined by SECO and contributed to revise the SWISSCO Roadmap in 2025.
