Abstract (English)	BnF-001 is a first-in-class siRNA providing a controlled targeting of protein S as a universal treatment for hemophilia and allied bleeding disorders by preventing bleeding and preserving joint and bone health. Preclinical studies address candidate selection, development, safety and efficacy.
