The project is focused on a trade-off flight mechanics study of the WindtracX box?wing drone. By modeling coupled aerodynamic?tether effects, a flexible flight mechanics model enables rapid geometry evaluation and selection of stable and efficient designs for high?altitude wind?assisted propulsion.
