Abstract (Englisch)

FLUID-TLS aims at developing a multi-organ-on-chip platform that enables dynamic, unidirectional perfusion across tumor and immune aggregates. By recreating physiologically relevant flow conditions, FLUID-TLS will enable predictive and scalable immune-oncology drug testing.
