Abstract (English)	Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a debilitating rare disease. By developing microneedles that contain slow-release PLGA microspheres loaded with TOP-N53, a drug that combines NO donor and PDE5 inhibitor, we aim to mitigate secondary Raynaud's Phenomenon (RP) and prevent digital ulcers in SSc patients.
