Abstract (Englisch)	STED technology increases the resolution in optical imaging from about 250nm to 35nm in 3D. The high resolution, however, slows down imaging. Accelerating the scanner by using detector arrays of SPADs, we will increased the acquisition speed by a factor of 5-50.
