Abstract (English)	The project aims to develop a novel antisense oligonucleotide therapy for inherited kidney disease. Having established in vivo proof-of-concept in a challenging genotype, we will now optimize medicinal chemistry and explore strategies that broaden patient coverage improved pharmaceutical properties.
