Abstract (English)	Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) therapy traditionally relies on engineering autologous T cells, limiting scalability. We developed a single-vector platform for multi-gene modulation, generating 'off-the-shelf' allogeneic CAR T cells from healthy donors, enabling one donor to treat multiple patients.
