Abstract (English)	This project advances energy and CO2 ratings for Real Estate Funds by applying AI to fill critical data gaps. Using remote sensing, street-view imagery, and large language models, we estimate building-level energy state information, enabling scalable and comparable assessment of fund portfolios.
