Abstract (English)	Drug-induced hypersensitivity (DIH) prevention is an unmet medical need. We linked a novel target to DIH, and aim to evolve inhibitor series with new pharmacology, unmatched specificity and potency. Our genetic and pharmacologic DIH mouse models highlight a path to cost efficient clinical trials.
