Kurzbeschreibung (Deutsch)

ALPHA-PV wird leichte (LW) Photovoltaikmodule für die Gebäudeintegration vorantreiben, indem es Polymere der nächsten Generation mit einem neuen Verarbeitungsverfahren und einem rahmenlosen Integrationsansatz kombiniert. Es wird eine nicht fluorierte Frontfolie entwickelt, die hinsichtlich Transparenz, Witterungsbeständigkeit und mechanischer Stabilität optimiert ist. Es wird ein Verfahren zur sofortigen Kantenversiegelung entwickelt, das für alle Größen und Formen der Module geeignet ist. Zur Verstärkung der Modulränder wird ein neuartiger vakuumunterstützter Thermoformungsschritt integriert, um die Zuverlässigkeit zu verbessern. Um die Kosten und den Zeitaufwand für die Montage zu reduzieren, werden neuartige rahmenlose Montageverfahren entwickelt. Die angestrebte Modulgröße beträgt 875 × 935 mm unter Verwendung von PERC- und IBC-Solarzellen. Die Zuverlässigkeit wird gemäß IEC 61215/61730 unter Verwendung mechanischer, optischer und elektrischer Diagnosen (einschließlich Zug-, Kriech-, Schäl-, UV-Vis-, FTIR-, EL-, IV-Tests usw.) nachgewiesen. An einem Fassaden-Demonstrationsstandort in der Schweiz wird die Leistung etwa ein Jahr lang überwacht, wobei ein kostengünstiger Ansatz für die Fassadenintegration angestrebt wird.

ALPHA-PV will advance lightweight (LW) photovoltaic modules for building integration by pairing nextgeneration polymers with a new processing route and frameless integration approach. A non-fluorinated front sheet will be developed that is optimized for transparency, weathering resistance, and mechanical stability. An instant edge-sealing approach will be developed, suitable for any size and shape of the modules. To reinforce the edges of a module, a novel vacuum-assisted thermoforming step will be incorporated to improve reliability. To cut down the cost and time of mounting, novel frameless mounting approaches will be developed. The targeted module size is 875 × 935 mm using PERC and IBC solar cells. Reliability will be demonstrated in accordance with IEC 61215/61730, utilizing mechanical, optical, and electrical diagnostics (including tensile, creep, peel, UV-Vis, FTIR, EL, IV, etc.). A façade demo site in Switzerland will monitor performance for ~1 year, targeting a low-cost façade integration approach.

ALPHA-PV fera progresser les modules photovoltaïques légers (LW) destinés à être intégrés dans les bâtiments en associant des polymères de nouvelle génération à un nouveau procédé de fabrication et à une approche d'intégration sans cadre. Une feuille frontale non fluorée sera mise au point, optimisée pour la transparence, la résistance aux intempéries et la stabilité mécanique. Une approche de scellage instantané des bords sera mise au point, adaptée à toutes les tailles et formes de modules. Afin de renforcer les bords d'un module, une nouvelle étape de thermoformage assisté par vide sera intégrée pour améliorer la fiabilité. Afin de réduire le coût et le temps de montage, de nouvelles approches de montage sans cadre seront développées. La taille cible du module est de 875 × 935 mm, avec des cellules solaires PERC et IBC. La fiabilité sera démontrée conformément aux normes CEI 61215/61730, à l'aide de diagnostics mécaniques, optiques et électriques (y compris traction, fluage, pelage, UV-Vis, FTIR, EL, IV, etc.). Un site de démonstration en Suisse surveillera les performances pendant environ un an, dans le but de mettre au point une approche d'intégration en façade à faible coût.
