Cati Therapeutics is developing a new cell therapy against tumors. Its focus is on cytokine delivery to reactivate immune cells in the tumor. Novel constructs and mRNA technology provide better safety than competitors. The lead indication is melanoma, the most aggressive form of skin cancer.
