DATABIOMIX validates DATAMICROGENOMIX pipeline for single-technology long-read assembly of fully circular bacterial genomes. Fast, efficient pathogen strain typing and AMR profiling will be benchmarked to secure IVDR CE certification, boosting clinical diagnostics and food safety.
