POLTX_Gel, a QPEI-based topical wound therapy, accelerates healing and prevents infection. This project uses Empa?s 3D human skin models to identify cytocompatible QPEI concentrations, de-risking future development toward a CE-markable gel for chronic wounds and for skin with barrier defects.
