This project develops an edible, food-safe binder for 3D binder jet printing of salt moulds used to manufacture scaffolds for cellular agriculture. By replacing costly synthetic binders with sustainable, biocompatible alternatives, it enables scalable, safe, and efficient production of scaffolds.
