Für die Herstellung von nicht-tierischem Protein (Single-Cell Protein) soll ein bisher nicht genutzter Nebenstrom aus der Entalkoholisierung von Bier und Wein verwendet werden und der Prozess mittels innovativer Membrankontaktortechnologie zum blasenfreien Be- und Entgasen intensiviert werden.
