We propose a novel, mobile-first, privacy-focused platform for reconstructive surgery. Through secure, private local-device solutions with 3D modeling, Gaussian splatting, and AR, patients can visualize outcomes ahead of surgery?transforming consultations and setting new standards in MedTech.
