Abstract (English)	We aim to develop first-in-class effective small molecule inhibitor therapy for GNAQ/11 mutated uveal melanoma, the most common and lethal eye cancer. We found a novel and cancer specific target for a clearly defined patient population in this disease with high unmet need for therapeutics.
