Abstract (English)	Tumour infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) is a promising T cell-based immunotherapy against aggressive relapsing solid tumors. Lengthy manufacturing still limits its use. Our small-molecule boosters accelerate T cell growth and activation, and can decrease production time while also improving efficacy.
