Abstract (English)	We aim to combine microfluidics and Raman spectroscopy to enable rapid, cost-effective detection of foodborne pathogens in industrial settings. Our approach will identify pathogens in under 4 hours, drastically reducing the public health, environmental and economic impact of bacterial contamination.
