Kurzbeschreibung (Deutsch)

Das Projekt „Fernsteuerung SCCL Selbstfahrender Bus“ ist die nachträgliche Erweiterung des Pilotprojektes „SCCL Selbstfahrender Bus“ durch die Fernsteuerung vom Control Center aus. Das Pilotprojekt SCCL hat zum Ziel, einen Rundkurs in der Arboner Altstadt im Mischverkehr automatisiert zu bewältigen. Die Erweiterung ist durch die am 1.3.2025 in Kraft gesetzte VAF (Verordnung über das automatisierte Fahren) spruchreif geworden, erhöht aber den Projektaufwand erheblich, da in der Testphase 2 statt 1 Fahrer mit Kategorie D gleichzeitig im Einsatz sind, einer im Bus als Sicherheitsfahrer, der andere als Teleoperator im Control Center.

The ‘Remote Control SCCL Self-Driving Bus’ project is the logical follow-up of the ‘SCCL Self-Driving Bus’ pilot project via remote control from the control centre. The SCCL pilot project aims to master the driving of an autonomous vehicle in mixed traffic in the old town of Arbon. Since the Automated Driving Ordinance came into force on 1 March 2025, it is now possible to move on to this new test phase, which will however require additional effort from the project. Instead of a single Category D driver, two people will be required simultaneously, one in the bus as a safety driver and the other as a remote operator in the control centre.

Le projet « Remote Control SCCL Self-Driving Bus » est la suite logique du projet pilote « SCCL Self-Driving Bus » via la commande à distance depuis le centre de contrôle. Le projet pilote SCCL vise à maîtriser la conduite d'un véhicule autonome dans le trafic mixte de la vieille ville d'Arbon. Depuis l'entrée en vigueur le 1er mars 2025 de l'ordonnance sur la conduite automatisée, Il est désormais possible de passer à cette nouvelle phase de test qui nécessitera toutefois un effort supplémentaire du projet. Au lieu d'un seul chauffeur de catégorie D, deux personnes seront nécessaires simultanément, dont l'une dans le bus en tant que conducteur de sécurité et l'autre en tant que téléopérateur dans le centre de contrôle.

Il progetto «Remote Control SCCL Self-Driving Bus» è la logica continuazione del progetto pilota «SCCL Self-Driving Bus» tramite comando a distanza dal centro di controllo. Il progetto pilota SCCL mira a padroneggiare la guida di un veicolo autonomo nel traffico misto della città vecchia di Arbon. Dall'entrata in vigore, il 1° marzo 2025, dell'ordinanza sulla guida automatizzata, è ora possibile passare a questa nuova fase di test, che richiederà tuttavia un ulteriore sforzo da parte del progetto. Invece di un solo autista di categoria D, saranno necessarie due persone contemporaneamente, una delle quali a bordo dell'autobus come autista di sicurezza e l'altra come teleoperatore nel centro di controllo.
