The SMART Fish 2 Program under GQSP Indonesia aimed to enhance the competitiveness of selected aquaculture value chains by promoting SOP adoption. Out of 1,981 assisted farmers, 1,265 improved their management practices, increasing revenue, resilience, and business linkages. The program facilitated 3,506 new business connections, but external factors like climate change and market dynamics still influence production outcomes. Include the implementation of SOPs, training, data analysis, focus group discussions, and assessment of impacts on production, income, and market access.
