Das Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen (BSV) erstellt jährlich modellbasierte Projektionen für die Ausgaben der Ergänzungsleistungen (EL) über die nächsten zehn Jahre. Für die EL hat das BSV eine externe Beurteilung darüber eingeholt, ob das Finanzperspektivenmodell sinnvoll aufgebaut und korrekt implementiert ist, und somit plausible Projektionen liefert.

The Federal Social Insurance Office (FSIO) produces annual model-based projections for expenditure on supplementary benefits (SB) over the next ten years. With regard to the SB, the FSIO has commissioned an external assessment to determine whether the financial outlook model is appropriately structured and correctly implemented, and thus provides plausible projections.

Concernant les PC, l'OFAS a fait réaliser une évaluation externe visant à déterminer si le modèle des perspectives financières est conçu de manière pertinente et correctement mis en œuvre, et s'il fournit ainsi des projections plausibles.

- Das geprüfte Finanzhaushaltsmodell der Ergänzungsleistungen ist für die Projektion der zukünftigen finanziellen Situation grundsätzlich gut geeignet.
- Der Modellierungsansatz sowie die Wahl der Vergangenheitszeiträume zur Fortschreibung von Entwicklungen sind zweckmässig und ermöglichen robuste Schätzungen.
- Die verfügbaren Datenquellen werden sinnvoll genutzt. Bei der technischen Umsetzung wurden keine relevanten Fehler festgestellt, der Code ist modular und übersichtlich aufgebaut.
- Insgesamt erfüllt das Modell die Anforderungen an Zuverlässigkeit, Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit.

- The modelling approach and the choice of historical periods for projecting future trends are appropriate and enable robust estimates.
- The available data sources are used effectively. No significant errors were identified in the technical implementation; the code is modular and clearly structured.
- Overall, the model meets the requirements for reliability, transparency and traceability.
