Short description (English)

The SEE II program (2018–2022), led by the IMF and funded by the EC and SECO, supports RA and PFM reforms in six Southeast European countries. With a $18M budget, it aids EU accession, the Addis Tax Initiative, and aligns systems with global best practices. The evaluation examines measures including tax administration improvements, public financial management reforms, capacity building, and alignment with international best practices.
