The Mid-Term Review (MTR) assesses the World Bank’s Global Program for Sustainability (GPS) from September to January 2024. It follows the 2022 baseline report and informs the 2025 final evaluation. The review is based on technical meetings, document analysis, and stakeholder interviews across key sectors. The review examines measures under the three GPS pillars, including policy support, data and analytics, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement across government, private sector, and NGOs.
