The evaluation of GUMAP assesses the project's progress toward its objectives of improving accessibility and mobility in the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area. The assessment follows the six DAC evaluation criteria—relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability—focusing on the achievements against the project logframe. The methodology includes a triangulated approach: a comprehensive document review, field missions with stakeholder interviews, and virtual discussions with key informants. The evaluation examines the effectiveness of technical assistance, institutional capacity-building, and regulatory improvements in urban mobility planning, public transport operations, and traffic management. The findings will provide evidence-based insights for SECO WEIN, highlighting successes and areas for improvement in the project's implementation.
