The Colombia más Competitiva (C+C) Programme is a Swiss-Colombian initiative to enhance competitiveness through value chain development and policy support. The evaluation highlights strong relevance, coherence, and effectiveness but notes challenges in operational management, sustainability, and the Swiss Expert Network (SEN). C+C has positively impacted job creation, exports, and gender equity but needs better communication, project traceability, and emphasis on financial inclusion, skills development, and climate change. The Colombia más Competitiva (C+C) Programme, a bilateral initiative between Switzerland and Colombia aimed at strengthening Colombia’s competitiveness.
