Short description (English)	This SECO-commissioned evaluation reviews the SwissTrade Project in Vietnam (2021–2024). With a CHF 5.63M budget, it supports policy, training, public-private dialogue, and innovation grants. Implemented by ITC and Vietrade, findings are clear but long-term impact assessment is limited, informing Phase II planning. The evaluation examines policy advice, trade official training, the public-private dialogue mechanism, and the Innovation and Competitiveness Grant Facility. It assesses implementation, outcomes, and the project’s effectiveness as a planning tool for Phase II.
