The evaluation of the Colombia más Competitiva (C+C) Programme highlights strong relevance, coherence, and positive results in efficiency and effectiveness. However, it identifies challenges in operational management, communication, and sustainability, recommending improvements in traceability, cross-level interaction, and the Swiss Expert Network (SEN) mechanism for better collaboration. The Productivity Ecosystems for Decent Work Programme (PE4DW), launched in 2022 by the ILO, aims to boost productivity and promote decent work in Ghana, South Africa, and Vietnam. Funded by SECO and NORAD, the $16 million initiative targets both national policy (macro level) and sectoral/enterprise constraints (meso and micro levels), with a complementary, multi-level approach running through 2025. The Productivity Ecosystems for Decent Work Programme (PE4DW) by the ILO.
