Abstract
(Englisch)
ATTESTED is an innovation project aiming to introduce a comprehensive set of interoperable baseline technologies in order to improve efficacy inthe agricultural and food production landscape. This "toolbox" serves as the foundation for a transformative traceability and monitoring system, strategically designed to encompass the entire farm-to-fork journey. Embracing a cooperative and solidarity economy approach, our project aims toempower both producers and consumers by enhancing transparency, efficiency, and sustainability within the agri-food sector. The key componentsof our toolbox include technologies such as Radio Frequency identification (RFID), GPS geolocation technologies, IoT and portable sensing systems. To test and integrate these systems into a real-world setting three entities are joining forces creating a pilot in the form of a combined system. Thepilot serves as a crucial testing ground where we assess the practical viability and performance of our combined system. By implementing thetoolbox in a live environment, we gain invaluable insights into its functionality, reliability, and adaptability to diverse agricultural scenarios.
