The objective of the Mid-Term Review was to evaluate the implementation of the GFRAS/YPARD Joint Operational Plan according to the DAC/OECD criteria; to evaluate the present institutional, organzational and financial sustainability and development potential of the organisations and to recommend how both organisations can strengthen their mandate, outreach and impact.
