In diesem Innovationsprojekt wird eine neue Anodisierschicht für Vakuumkomponenten entwickelt, welche den gestiegenen Anforderungen der Halbleiter-Industrie nach einer korrosionsbeständigen und hochtemperaturfesten Werkstoffoberfläche gerecht wird, um die Strukturminiaturisierung voranzutreiben.
