Extraintestinal pathogenic E. coli (ExPEC) are the leading global cause of deaths from antibiotic resistant infections. This project focuses on development of prototypes and evaluation of feasibility of a multivalent glycoconjugate virus-like particle vaccine for the prevention of ExPEC infections.
