Parkinson's disease (PD) remains incurable. Gene therapy shows promise, but past clinical trials disappointed likely due to no targeting. Our novel targeted viral vectors display improved specificity in mouse brain. We aim to demonstrate their superiority over existing approaches in PD rodent model.
