Abstract (English)	We are pioneering a clinical candidate for targeted radioligand therapy against incurable brain tumors. Our focus is to develop a nanobody-radionuclide conjugate comprising a novel polymer carrier to enhance blood brain barrier penetration (BBBP), tumor acuumulation and reduce kidney uptake.
