The project aim at describing the level of discrimination against foreigners on the Swiss labour market

Abstract

|
Using the methodology of practice testing developed by the ILO, this project measure the level of discrimination against foreigners on the Swiss labour market. The level of discrimination in define as the difference of probability of being hired between a person of Swiss origin and of foreign origin sharing exactly the same characteristics (level of education, etc.).
