Abstract (German)	Currently, the metabolism of adherently growing cells (e.g. stem cells) is difficult to assess in real-time. By further developing Kuhner?s existing off-gas analytics system (TOM), this gap could be closed. Concurrently, adapter lids for spinner and T-flasks have to be developed.
